We will point’er head downstream ‘tis there destiny makes call
watch the sail boy – learn the flow – learn the curve … hell – learn the all
‘aye the choice she’s made now – and ‘tis too far late ta-know
the time’s past of pissin’ beds boy and tear cryin’ ain’t to show
‘O yes! fer sure all’ll a-git there – butt-it’s none which knows why
the battle days change the world boy – ‘tis this day I’ll learn to cry
I’ve scars and dreams boy – come to know … ‘tis change can’t change
let her blood curtain fall boy – the battle of destiny is in range
We victoried here abroad and oft – more than there’s care to say
‘tis not my strength or heart in doubt – nor courage to this day
‘tis damn dreams boy – ‘tis change can’t change I come to know
NOW the sail – cast HARD the line – let go – let GO – ‘tis when all’ll aneed ROW!
